A. Simply fill in our Web Hosting order online form.

Q. How long does it take to set up the Web Hosting?
A. Your Web Hosting account will be activated usually within a couple of hours, but we will send a confirmation email to confirm once your account is set up.

Q. When do I receive my login details?
A. This will be in within your confirmation email.

Q. I have lost my login details?
A. Simply fill our contact form and ask for us to re send your login details.

Q. How Long does the hosting last for?
A. Hosting is for a period of 12 months from the day you take out the hosting with us.

Q. Can I upgrade within the 12 months?
A. Yes you can pay the difference and be upgraded at anytime, simply contact us using our 24 hour contact form.

Q. Can I downgrade my Web Hosting bundle?
A. No, but you can downgrade your hosting bundle after the initial twelve month period.

Q. How do I renew my Web Hosting?
A. We will contact you one month prior to the end of your contract to remind you your hosting is up for renewal or contact us.

Q. How do I get Web Hosting FREE for twelve months?
A. If you have a website designed by our sister company 'Future Plus Web Design' you will qualify for FREE hosting.

Q. I am not sure how to set up something in the control panel?
A. With all the features of the control panel there is a video that shows you how to use each section of the control panel.

Q. When can I access my control panel?
A. You can access your control panel 24 hours a day , seven days a week.

Q. How do I access my control panel?

Q. Can I set up additional pop3 mailboxes?
A. Yes you can set up as many mailboxes as you wish, simple login to your control panel and add the desired email address.
